Knowing that we all have to face this important question in our lives is the first step to getting the need resolved. The second step is to have a plan that we can use that works for us as an individual. Plans are important as they help map out our personal lives in where we go or where we live or what we live in or even who we live with.
It is well said that the love of money is the root of all evil, but also the lack of it can control our lives in how we deal with our lives as individuals. There is nothing worse than having a need all of a sudden and no plan to take care of that need or the finances to deal with that need.
The first step is to understand that we as an individual may have financial needs that do need to be resolved so we can live the kind of life we want to live so we are not driven for the need of money. The second step is to have a good and workable plan for your life that can be updated as new information is available. Your plan for your life is an important subject. Certainly, in having no plan it makes it difficult if not impossible to succeed, unless we are just lucky enough or unless prince charming comes along to bail us out of our needs and desires.
Has anyone ever told you that they "just love to work for a living?" The chances are that you have and perhaps maybe some people really do what they want to do for a living, but lets face it the reason we really go to work and do what we do is so we can pay the bills, which is what all of us, for the most part, have been taught to do from and early age on. We are taught things like "only bums don't work or the only to way to make it through life is to have a good job." These things we learn that once engrained in us become a path and a course or road map that we end up on for the rest of our lives unless we learn to do something different along the way.
A Plan? What's that? No one told me I needed a plan!
In having a plan, it needs to be first workable for what we desire in life. A good plan is much like going on a trip going from point "A" to point "B." If you take a trip in your car one of the most important things you are likely to pack is a map with directions of how to get there. It is the same with your financial security and future and having a map or plan so you know how you are going to get there or you are likely to not only get lost in life, but end up spending a lot of your life going in the wrong direction.
