    Here at TKOH, the true lifestyle is about equality and walking together, because we agree. It is about love and acceptance for each other as equals. Its about you and your growth in all facets of life. Its about freedom to make choices for your life because those choices impact your life. Women are often abused or used as sex objects. When this happens women's rights are abused. Too much of society is male dominated and when there is domination, there is no equality, which is much like slavery. If a person is in bondage even to income or the lack of it then they are a slave to the job or others. It is not true in all cases but in the majority of homes. In this, young girls are taught at an early age how to get things by giving sex to even have some love and respect.

The lifestyle here has something to do with sex, but mostly it is about equality and to have equality there must be respect for others and in that there is love one for the other. We work in love and respect not using the other but wanting the best for each other.

So what is love? For men it usually means sex and for women it usually means intimacy. Too often love is reduced to a four letter word. Love is giving, helping others, it is taking care of the needs of others, because of respect for ourselves, because after we are all very connected to one another. Love is kind and is not selfish.

Love is truth and honor and standing for each other in truth, for without truth there is only deceit where many try to destroy. Love is not easily provoked but stands for what is right and for justice. In the state of love we are happy for the other and not selfish.

Love endures and bears the test of time as it is consistent from one day to the next. Love does not control or manipulate others but seeks to serve others. Love casts out darkness and fear. So why lesbians? A woman’s love is the greatest of all gifts. It is long lasting. It endures much. It is there for the others benefit. Women can love many truly as we are sisters and walk together as one. We have the same goals, which is women’s rights and stand for equality. So why walk together? With one voice much can be accomplished. Men have been running things from the beginning. Perhaps it is time to change what we do and how we see things.

Insanity defined is to continue to do the same things and expect different results. So maybe to make things work we all need to do something different. Think on these things and let truth come to light and learn to love and walk together with one heart.
