What is Outreach Services? Simply put, they are services tailored to help you as a church with your outreach goals no matter if your goals are in the planning stage, developmental stage or you are seeking a cost effect way to get your point across in print or other types of media.

 

Our main concern at Tkoh is to build the body and equip the saints for the work of the ministry, where each member of the body comes to maturity so each one can do what they are called to do. This allows the body, each member and the local church to grow and  to receive more of His blessings and helps the local church reach all people in a community representing His ways and love for His provision.

 

Why churches use consultants

Typically a senior pastor or minister (or a person calling on his/her behalf) contacts a

consultant with questions about a specific issue, usually a painful one, within the church.

Chief among the problems and reactive reasons for seeking a consultation include:

• Attendance has come to a plateau or declined.

• Planned giving and/or offerings are declining.

• Persons attending do not return or join the church.

• Conflict within the church; specifically between pastoral leadership and lay

leadership or between groups of laity.

Consultation requests based on a desire to proactively address the church’s health and

growth fall into three primary areas:

• The church does not have a plan for ensuring its growth either short term and/or

long term, and wants to have a plan.

• The church desires to start a major effort in its life and ministry; e.g. building

expansion, mission effort, capital campaign, etc.

• The church is doing okay, but is not sure what its strengths and weakness are …

at this moment in its life.

• Last but not least, to start a work in a local area.

As part of our services to serve the body we seek to understand how we can help each church in every community no matter where they are located. 

What is a local Church and what should it be doing? God's plan to reach all globally!

 

1) Reach out to all in any given community to care for all in their needs in body, soul and spirit. Many come in with various needs and they need to become stable before they can grow in His ways. Tkoh works with the local church to help reach out to every member of the community and to help the local church stabilize people and care for their needs. A local church should have many ministry outreaches, not separate from the church but a part of the church for growth and accountability.

 

2) Once stabilized believers need to find out who they are in Christ and God's plan for them so the can come to maturity. Part of God's plan is for believers to know what they have been called to do and them walking in that calling and purpose, because what we focus on in life we become. God has a plan for all and we all have been called. Tkoh helps in offering training for those called.

 

3) Once reached and stabilized and trained in their calling they need to move in what they have been called to do in the local church for further growth. It is so they can grow in Him and be an example for others, because we all lead more by example than what we say. As any of us walk in our calling we learn further things so we can come to maturity. Once we come to maturity the church needs to send them and support them in their calling and purpose until they are established in their own ministry. Tkoh works with the local church and those called to help in that process, including helping with the funding.

 

Tkoh does not and will not work against the church or have a desire to start another church, but to support the efforts of the local church to reach all in His ways and provision in local communities. Simply put, we are not over any, but here to exhort, encourage, pray for, support and walk with the body of Christ so it can reach all in every local community with His love and provision according to His covenant promises. 

 

Outreach services can help you with design, fund raising, organization and implementation of your project or ministry. Why do we do this? It's scriptural. First, we should all be supporting each others ministry. Secondly, the way to receive is to give. The more we give and help believers the more that we receive which helps us reach across the globe. We believe as a part of the Good News we are to help those in need no matter what the need and level. 

 

You may ask or wonder why we offer the consulting? We have come to the realization that the only way for things to get turned around is through Christ and learning to work together to resolve local problems. We have come to understand in our walk, that governments or social service organizations cannot meet the need. It is much like the story of feeding people fish. If you feed people fish they will always be hungry and will always be looking for more fish. The other method is while you are feeding people it is equally important to teach people how to fish. Once they learn how to fish they in turn can teach others how. Our salvation in part, for the future comes from those that are helped. "Whatever we do to the least of these."

We are pleased at The Kingdom of Hearts, Missions that there has been a considerable number of believers that have decided to get into ministry. When Christians become more involved in an organized method in their respect communities, these communities that once were often heavens for worldly activities, change and people begin to turn to God as the solution for all things. Enrollment in The Kingdom of Hearts, Institute has increased over the past few months as people understand that if things keep going they have been there is very little if any hope.

We are encouraged by the reports that we have seen as lives are being changed. New hope has been introduced in many lives. Instead of anxiety we are seeing hope for the future in people. It is not us and we do not take any claim for these changes, as it is the work of Jesus and the Holy Spirit that is bringing the change. These changes have brought better relationships in families, people are turning from drugs and alcohol, which lowers the crime rate dramatically, as they are seeking a relationship with God, perhaps for the first time or their relationship with God has been renewed. Either way we are happy for the change.

With these changes we have had more and more requests from believers either desiring to get into ministry and even those that are already in ministry and even some churches, for information on ways that they can reach out to people more effectively. We all that that if we want things to change in neighborhoods there needs to be more contact with those people who are in need and those that have a heart for God and want to help.

The question has always been and remains "what is the best way to reach out to people, the options for outreach, and what are the costs associated with outreach?" These are relevant questions and often times if things are not planned and finances are not available, people that are in need often times become hurt because those that started either ran out of finances or did not know the long term cost of outreach.

Leadership Training

Tkoh has effective training for each area; Men’s Ministry, Church Planting, Women’s Ministry and Youth Ministry. In addition each offers tools to help build a healthy church that does what it is called to do in local communities. Some of the basic study deals with helping analyze local problems and working as one body to seek God for resolve to problems and needs in communities. Training is tailored to your leaders' needs.
